Lost Age

The Lost Age follows the end of the Morlu Epoch, and is named for its lack of historical documentation. The rampant destruction and genocide of the War resulted in a "dark age" of history of which we know very little.

My grandfather was a young druid when Vimalus the Enlightened assumed the throne, and many elves can remember when the kingdom only stretched across a single island.

The world we live in is marked by a level of global interconnection unseen since the High Morlu Era. As the wounds of the Old Conflict heal, new sorts of conflicts now face us -- mysterious diseases, otherplanar invaders, and kingdom-wide curses. Our ability to weather these will determine if our age of Ultor will be a chapter in the book of history or merely a footnote.

Military actionThe Barrier War was fought between the kingdom of Nörn and the dwarves of the Barrier Mountain range. The dwarves resisted the Nurnen pushes south as they did not want Nörn to surround their cities to the north and south, and so they blocked Nurnen settlers attempting to move through the mountains.
