Discovery, Exploration
In late 1118, Farro's expedition established its first expeditionary encampment on the Great Southern Continent.
The Great Southern Continent (a land yet unnamed officially) was only very recently discovered. The maelstroms blocking access to it lifted only a decade ago, and a landing site was not found until two years ago. As soon as the site was found, Farro set off (he had been organizing this expedition ever since word of the continent's discovery filtered back to Vashyl). Now, he seeks to establish a permanent settlement and send back what valuable minerals can be found in this new and strange land.
