It revealed after finding him that he is responsible for the murder of an Anarch Kindred and two ghouls. Who were trying to create a closed network inspired by SchrekNet. Thanks to a premonition, Dr. Ren Fuji learns Gallahan had a brother. Whom may actually be the real culprit. And whilst there is no hard evidence on this brother's existence or Gallahan's culpability. Gallahan has shown reluctance in helping the investigation. Even going so far as to make Dr. Ren Fuji forget her premonition when they confronted him on it. ...

The War For New York

In December of 2023, after continuous probing and provocations from both sides. The Queens Anarchs began a proper offensive on the Camarilla. Attacking one of the city's Tremere chantries and several other Camarilla kindred.
The Camarilla council, primarily Sheriff Jack and Primogen Alexander, launch their counter-attack offensive to behead the Anarchs' leaders: Pips, Simon Dale, Wayne Brook and The Tremere. Though not asked to do this, the Phoenix Crew offered to figure out the identity of, and possibly deal with The Tremere. Not long after the coterie started this endeavour (still looking into Gallahan's possible twin). Jack and Alexander plan to ambush and kill Pips.
