Tőyōtkan Empire
History
The mightiest of empire, the kindess of states. The Tőyōtkan Empire was founded by the Great King Míreklmőt, a paragon of kindness. His life started as a spoiled child of the cruel king, but after he was mentored by an odd man, he went on to question his father, because of this his parents cast him onto the streets. Here, the king learnt many things about life as a homeless peasant, and how difficult it was, so he gathered followers and overthrew his father. From there his city-state grew prosperous, and he targeted the kindom to his north, Mekstad. He swiftly conquered the kingdom, and he then invaded the southern kingdom of Dení'a and conquered it as well. From there he improved life for all of his subjects, and the whole of Afespían lands were under his control and even a kingdom of Tunga vowed their loyalty. Míreklmőt died in a raid against the empire by the Pume to the west.
His son took control, but was swiftly replaced by his brother, as he was cruel and wished to pull back the reforms. The brother, named Dda'aríss, continued to reform the empire in a more pragmatic way, he was kind like his father, but would sometimes take things away from the people if he believed it to be against the people's well-being. Dda'aríss also conquered the northern tribes of Tunga, after they kept raiding the empire's frontier. Once the Tunga were conquered, they were introduced to agriculture, which would have been impossible to use up in the frozen wastes, but Dda'aríss acquired magic from the southern Elves which allowed for farmland to be made in the northern territories. Dda'aríss then gifted much food to the southern elves as thanks, thereby forming the beginnings of the Alliance of Men and Elves.
The Golden Age of Namiend began under Dda'aríss' rule because of the alliances that were formed. He helped the Tunga, the Elves, and later the Cin. The Kingdom of the Cin found their way to the Tőyōtkan Empire, and they started off with many gifts, good relations between Men and Cin would be high for many more centuries.
After Dda'aríss' death the world continued to honour him and his father by keeping the traditions of kindness going, good relations remained between the many kingdoms springing up, mostly in the Southern Elven lands, however, one notable kingdom arose after the death of Dda'aríss, that of Khazad, a kingdom run by the Mendeek dwarves beneath the Mendeek Mountains. It arose and hoped to be part of the world's golden age, but it was only there for a time, for it was only ten years after the Dwarves showed themselves that the Invasion of the Rot occured, and with it, the fall of the Tőyōtkan Empire. The Gôr Empire, ran by the Dhula Orks conquered its way down to the capital of the Great Empire, many fled forming in the invasion, and the Orks set up new City-States in the lands that were once belonging to the greatest and kindess kindgom in history.
Now, the successor to the Tőyōtkan Empire, the Kingdom of Ōkalía has vowed to destroy the Gôr Empire .
How the Nation was Run
Every city, even the capital city, had a ruler that ruled through the King, the Chintíría, and above them was the Sampatí, which controlled a region which the cities were in, and above them was the Kintatō, the ruler of the greater region, and above them were the rulers, the King or Queen. The King was the one who elected the Kintatō, and the Kintatō elected the Sampatí, and then the Sampatí elected the Chintíría. Now the people had a say in this as well, after two months of the Chintíría’s rule, the people can forced the Sampatí to elect a new one, and to ensure that the Sampatí doesn’t elect someone the people don’t like again, after a single month of the Sampatí rule, they can have the Kintatō elect a new one. And the king is told to elect a new Kintatō after the Kintatō has ruled for a month as well.

The idea of a burial is seen as very disrespectful, and something to never do as it iconfines the sould to the depths of the Earth, thereby keeping it from continuing its exploration. Humans value personal liberty, the ability to make choices, and the absence of undue constraints.
