The Reading Challenge and/or Shortlist

Oh, hello... did you know its basically September. Yea, that happened apparently. Did not get to diamond, but then again my July went from wide open to "travel for work for 2 weeks then immediately go into visiting family" so I'm pretty happy that I was able to bang out copper with the HUGE help of strixxline's productivity streams. Luckily this month has been slightly less busy. As promised, it looks like it is time to put out my judging short list. sadly without other bonus articles form other prompts this year because of that "slightly" part. Some cooking was able to happen, though there were a depressingly small amount of recreateable things. That does bode well for the mythical/legendary ststus of the food though. I mean if anyone could make it, how mythical could it really be.   So, without further adieu... here is a bunch of article blocks to every article that made it through my second culling. I wish I could tell you what criteria I used, I know some people like that. Honestly a lot of it was "vibe" for lack of a better word. Not every article I pick is a Hanhula masterpiece with beautiful formatting and wonderful prose. Some basically don't have formatting besides line breaks. Thats okay, I dont do much formatting in my world, and especially not during SC and WE. _{WorldEmber is coming} I will say for anything longer than a couple of hundred words LINE BREAKS ARE INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT (thank you for coming to my ted talk).   Right, the actual short list (the ADD is strong this summer, as is usually the case when plans change and stress goes up)...
