House Praxis is a tumultuous, but recently greatly successful kingdom. Due to King Zeredechia IV marrying Esmerelda Praxis IX, the two kingdoms have joined and are ruled as one in their marriage. The details of this contract are vast, and few know all the details, even in the upper court.
House Praxis is home to a new school of magic, that of the two Covens, Coven Praxis and Coven Il-Bazaad. Coven Praxis specializes in magical warfare and the destructive spells that were crafted by the witches theirin shake the foundations of the world. Coven Il-Bazaad has experimented with new and powerful healing magics that rival the clerics of the highest orders of Pelor and Selune.
House Praxis is bereft of most natural resources, being very swampy and of a lowland aspect, bearing few exports. Because of this, they have struggled to keep up with the financial taxes of the Royal Kingdom.

Grand Castellan Lucille Beorn is Ezmerelda's Great Aunt and serves in the capitol of House Praxis
The subordinate courts of House Praxis is very reserved, yet they show deference to High Durhum when pressed. Moreso, however, they are stiffly alegiant to Ezmerelda. Many of the members of the nobility are witches in either of the major covens.
