The parties of the Schwabhausen Rebellion agree to lay down their weapons and accept the following conditions.County of Jagdheim
Vulcan Styr becomes Count of Jagdheim in its borders of 1462 and a direct vassal of House Folly. Any integration into professional guilds under the Venecian Merchant Council is terminated. Neither House Schwabhausen nor the Venecian Merchant Council are allowed to move troops further than 20 kilometers to its borders. Count Vulcan Styr has to pay reparations to the Venecian Merchant Council for the destruction of the eastern and northern forts. House Styr becomes the sole owner of the Jadg Iron mine in the Jagd Alps.County of Damala

The Venecian Merchant Council pays reparations for lost tariffs to Duke Xander Schwabhausen, due to the redirection of the spice trade through Venecia. The amount will be determined by experts sent by Holy Emperor Karl Folly. Those experts will consult with customs officers from Grenzburg. The trade quotas for spices as stated in the trade agreement of 1443 between the merchant guilds of Grenzburg and Venecia are reestablished. Failing to stay within the tolerance stated in said trade agreement is punished by a fine to the aggrieved party. The amount is determined by the amount of financial loss for the aggrieved guilds. Those fines are taxable as if they were regular trade income.Historical Details
History
The Schwabhausen Rebellion lasted for three years, devastated the south were the majority of battles were fought. Trade declined and caused shortages all over the Holy Empire of Middland.
After the Battle of Saltport and the following Siege of Grenzburg both major parties in the war, the Venecian Merchant Council and House Schwabhausen suffered severe losses that made them consider the peace negotiations offered by Holy Emperor Karl Folly.
