Jules von Habbingen
The duke is the leader of House von Habbingen and has his seat in Habbing. He is a loyal vassal of House Folly and the Holy Empire of Middland.
He also shares the Holy Emperor's opinion that the empire needs to get the threat of the north men under control and he is warming up to the idea of a crusade against the King of Nordland.
