Vulcan Styr
Vulcan Styr is the former guild master of the Styrian Artisans Guild and current head of House Styr. He is one of the most important leaders in the Schwabhausen Rebellion. He is known for his passion for smithing and skill in his craft. Most who know him would say that, despite he being a rash and wrathful person, he loves his people with passion and does not hesitate to protect or avenge them.
History
Ten years after inheriting the post as guild master of the Styrian Artisans Guild following his fathers death, he started to embezzle money in an effort to prepare an army to rebel against the Venecian Merchant Council to avenge what they had done to his people over the past decades. He was not ready to accept this state of affairs anymore. When Jockel Schwabhausen attacked the venecians, he secretly sent equipment to the rebels, despite the majority of the guild thinking it a bad idea. Hearing of the siege of Grenzburg following the defeat of the Schwabhausens army, he decided to openly declare war on the venecians and attack them while they are busy elsewhere. He personally lead a contingent of 1,700 men in the conquest of two forts that guard the roads to Venecia. Unknowingly he saved the rebellion with this bold move. Although he wanted nothing more than level Venecia to the ground, he knew that the venecians troops abandoned the siege and were heading for them, so he retreated to Jagdheim to join the rebellion. But not before destroying the forts and plundering the surrounding area.
