Holy Emperor
The Holy Emperor is the Leader of the Holy Empire of Middland and the overwhelming majority who held this title were of the House Folly. The current emperor is Karl Folly.
The oldest son inherits the title after his predecessor dies. If an emperor has no son, the title usually goes to the oldest male relative, like a brother or uncle. In extreme cases daughters with a son are prioritized over distant male relatives.
