Novidera
Novidera is the home planet and central location in Soul-Steam. It is an Earth sized rocky planet with a single moon, Lupadera. Its climate is very similar to Eath's with four distinct seasons, tides and temperatures that are generally livable all over the planet. Though there are exceptions like the Corroded Maelstrom and Engines of Creation which shape the rock into unnatural formations.
Geography
Novidera is a varied continental planet with a variety of rolling hills, baked dunes, deep oceans and misty mountains. Though unlike most planets the Corroded Maelstrom leaves massive swaths of land that have been left as acidic wastes rendered completely uninhabitable until the acid waters dissipate. There are also a series of artificial land forms created by the Engines of Creation. There are several towns and empires along her surface but no one city has grown to an exceptional size.
Ecosystem
There are six sentient races that call the planet home
The Mained Cats, the Moonkin, the Onyxscaled, the Foxian, the Corvielo and finally the Truffleborn. Though there may be more on the planets Eastern Continent that have not been discovered or reached out too yet.
The plant and animal life is pretty tame and mostly pose little threat to the sentient races though some have been reported to be deadly.
Climate
Every year the massive unending Corroded Maelstrom passes through the continent believed to be an unending storm that has never stopped or waned since it first formed. It may miss a certain area but when it comes it brings a wall of acid with it destroying all in its path.
