Maned Cats
The Mained Cats are one of the most prideful and powerful races on Novidera. They have built and industrial empire known today as the Nine Republic and have allied with the Moonkin as their primary partner in their civilization. Because of their pride and might the Mained Cats are primarily in the ruling and upper class and lead the nation. While a utopian dream would hope that the Cats would not let the power corrupt them it has often led to oppression and exploitation of the other races especially the Moonkin.
Basic Information
Anatomy
The Mained Cats have muscular or toned bodies and are bipedal. They have fierce feline eyes, with large fangs that protrude from their mouths. They have long flowing tails that gives them incredible balance. Males tend to have longer hair on their head than females giving them a main compared to them. Their bodies are completely covered in fur and depending on their region the fur will have varying color, from dark browns and yellows in dry regions to light greys or whites in the polar regions. Their claws are retractable in their upper paws but the lower paws claws are always out.
Males: 7-7.75 feet
Females: 6-7 feet
Males: 200-300 lbs
Females: 150-250 lbs
