Titania became the Eternal Godqueen of Venus centuries ago. Uniquely among the Keystones, Titania appeared to be forever young, and nigh immortal. Her lack of aging was seen as a sign of her power, and of the health of Venus.
There were, of course, always rumours that it was just a facade. That rather than being centuries old, Titania was actually a series of godqueens all using the same appearance and name. As Godqueen of the Fei, Titania surrounded herself with identical handmaidens. Each of the handmaidens had used their powers of metamorphis to become identical to Titania, and possibly enhanced this abilities further with surgery and strategic symbiosis. It was an open secret that Godqueen Titania would often send these handmaidens out in her guise.
The rumours were confirmed to be true in independent and external news media after an investigation by teen magazine Beaux. Titania herself and her media crew have declined to comment, and have continued appearances as normal. While the media and thinkpieces storm around her and further investigations attempt to map out who the previous Titania's may have been, Godqueen Titania remains untouchable.
The Grand Exposé
The truth about Titania was revealed in Beaux, a teenage magazine about fashion, subculture and celebrities. One of their journalists had been a big fan of a former up and coming pop starlet Achena, who had disappeared from the musical scene after being personally invited to become one of Titania's handmaidens. The young journalist had become convinced that Titania was giving secret hints at her true identity in her speeches, appearances and fashion choices. The young journalist reports attending multiple press tours and events until they were finally able to meet with Titania. They requested one of the wings of her eyelashes, and was granted it. They continued, collecting eyelashes from multiple appearances, gaining mild notoriety as 'that fan'. The young journalist then brought a album full of eyelashes to Mars to have each of the lashes genetically investigated. They were able to confirm that the vast majority of the eyelashes were genetic matches to Achena. The exposé spread through the Sol System like wildfire, leading to the greatest sales of Beaux ever.Who was Achena?
Before her transformation into Godqueen Titania, Achena was a young pop starlet and indie darling. Despite favourable reviews, Achena was only ever able to hit the Venus top 100 chart once, peaking at 28th.
She had a small but dedicated fanbase, who were sorely dissapointed when she was invited and accepted the invitation to become a handmaiden. Parts of the fanbase speculate that Achena was pressured into it, skeptical that someone with a passion for preformance and a burgeoning career would've have been willing to give up their personal identity.

I really love this idea and the presentation as an exposé, and one by a teenager magazine! XD Just a little clarification I think: for me, the revelations seem to mean that Titania is rarely making public appearances anymore and is delegating to her lookalike handmaiden... What did people decide this meant hat Titania herself had been replaced, even though they already knew she was surrounded by lookalike before? Also I think you can say more explicitly that handmaiden are forced to undergo cosmetic surgery to look like Titania (I'd that is indeed the case XD)
