Thank you! It uses the new changes to subscriber groups. When an article is private, you can add a subscriber group to it and send out a notification to only that subscriber group. Then you can make it public so everyone can access it. I'm just using it to send extra notifications for the stuff not everyone is as invested in, but you could also use it to send different kinds of notifications to different groups.
