Red Sand Angel
Red Sand Angel Semple (a.k.a. Cassandra)
One of the "Sandies" from The Scrapyard; this one seems to have her wits about her.
A serious, bookish sort with a good head for numbers.
Physical Description
Identifying Characteristics
Like her sister, Sandy appears to be afflicted with Albinism resulting in pale skin and hair as well as a pinkish-purple eye color.
Special abilities
Elsewhere Sight
Sandy seems more capable of seeing Elsewhere spaces than other people tend to be. For most, these spaces are difficult to locate or even see, but Sandy seems to notice them as easily as anywhere else.
Apparel & Accessories
Sandy dresses in layers, seemingly always cold, with a dark leather jacket, a homemade scarf, and a dark purple cloak. She appears to prefer dark colors and sturdy fabrics like wool and leather.
In order to protect her sensitive eyes, Sandy wears a pair of purple tinted sunglasses.

Personal history
Before the Collapse
Cassandra has described a few details about her life before the Collapse. She came from a universe where select mortals were bequeathed great power by the Gods in exchange for participating in a terrible war and taking care of her home of Creation. She has referred to herself as "a Chosen of Endings" and noted that she was close to a circle of friends that she worked with. Here, in the Collapse, she says she finds herself separated from "the Loom" the source of her magic and that it's a struggle for her to deal with.
The Scrapyard
Considered one of the founders of the Yard along with her Sister, Sandy resides there as one of the settlement's unofficial leaders. She handles much of the work at the administrative building, particularly the bureaus of Seasons, Deaths, and Battles.
Chapter 2
The party learned that Sandy and Sandy are not twins, but are rather cross dimensional Duplicates.
Cassandra woke up in a pocket of the Elsewhere: a frightening labyrinth of spiderwebs. She was found by the other Sandy, who helped to guide her out and into the Scrapyard proper where they have been leading it together ever since.
Employment
Sandy has appointed herself as part of the Scrapyard Administration team. She services her community by keeping track of seasonal schedules, managing death and demise protocols (the handling of corpses, bereavement compensation, etc), and overseeing of regulations regarding internal and external combat. Although this provides no direct product to the residents, her organizational skills keep the Scrapyard operating smoothly and she is well recognized for this.
Sandy also frequently heads out on Outlands Expeditions with her sister and the rest of the expedition crew to procure resources that are otherwise difficult to get a hold of in the Scrapyard. During these missions, she typically acts as the mission director to keep the group organized.
Morality & Philosophy
Everything Ends
Often mistaken for cynicism, Sandy's central tenant is that nothing can possibly last forever and that endings are necessary for life to progress. This can occasionally make her come across as callous and cold but she doesn't seem to mind.
Give and Take
Sandy has adopted her sister's core tenant of equivalent exchange. She uses her analytical skills to balance what she views as her moral checkbook.
