Evening

History

When they were both 16, Jaxson spotted her in a youth homeless center he had been hanging out at for a while with Chelsea, immediately intrigued by her white hair. He approached her, only to be met with silence. He tried to get Chelsea to talk to her, but she was also met with silence. Jaxson didn't give up however, constantly trying to be her friend, causing her to get aggressive with him, him then finding out about her ice powers in the process. After a final attempt at trying to be her friend, she let it slip that she was a runaway from her parents, and Jaxson revealed he was a runaway too, and was able to sympathize with her. Being the first person to actually show her true empathy and understanding, she decided to give him a chance. They and Chelsea started to travel together, their goal to get to the City of Arkhall, where they heard is a good place to start a new life. They survived together, and Jaxson slowly gained her trust. Even after Chelsea left them for a fully paid alchemist college opportunity she found, they fought together for resources and food, and when they ended up in Arkhall, they got full time jobs to raise enough money to get an apartment so they could have shelter. They ultimately came up with the idea of starting 'The Divine Guardians,' and the team has been growing ever since.

Nicknames & Petnames

Evening calls Jaxson 'Jax,' 'Joke,' and 'Jacket' on occasion. Jaxson calls Evening 'icicle,' 'winter,' and 'Evie' when in private.

Relationship Reasoning

They had a similar background and bonded on that, then relied on each other to survive, so their bond as friends developed naturally and it quickly became a close bond.

History

When Chelsea came to Arkhall to search for her old friends who were supposed to be now living there, she brought her boyfriend of 2 years Max with her. When she found them and heard about their plans to start a hero team, it reminded her of Max's goal to do a similar thing, and introduced them to each other. They quickly became friends, as Jaxson and Chelsea were the more higher energy ones, while Max and Evening were the calmer ones. Max had some difficulty understanding certain things about people and the way some modern things works due to being alive for so long and being out of touch, and Evening was able to relate a bit due to her isolation and life on the run where she didn't learn much. After forming the team, they grew to be good friends. They knew how to help each other out, and often gave each other advice, as they both responded to things similarly at times. Whenever Evening couldn't go to Jaxson about something, she would immediately go to Max, especially if she wanted to keep something extremely private, and vice versa for Max.

Relationship Reasoning

Max was to be the financial support for the Divine Guardians, so Evening had to trust him. They naturally began to bond when they realized that had a lot of things in common, and they bonded whenever Jaxson and Chelsea would be busy doing high energy things, leaving the two alone.

History

Evening first met Chelsea when she met Jaxson, as she was traveling with him for a while as homeless teens. Evening didn't care too much for Chelsea at first, just seeing her as a helping hand to get what she needed. Chelsea was always willing to help Evening, though, partly because she knew about the dangers of Glacians, and since Evening was already an angry teen at this point, Chelsea didn't want to try her luck. Eventually, the two started to understand each other better as time went on, and started to become close. When Chelsea left them to attend college, Evening was disappointed, but encouraged her to go so she could have a better chance at a future, as her and Jaxson's future was still undetermined. When they eventually reunited, they were awkward at first since they didn't have the same chemistry with each other as they did with Jaxson, but eventually became close again. Evening still considers Chelsea to be one of the only people she can trust, and Chelsea still has a lot of respect for Evening as a hero.

History

Evening and Sophia met when Jaxson tried to get her to join the team. Impressed by her work, and acknowledging the need for advanced technology for the team, Evening allowed Sophia into the team. Evening immediately noticed her eccentric behavior, and was eventually put off by it. Sophia also had a large interest in Evening, because of her being a Glacian and not much being known about them. Sophia would try to secretly do research on Evening, such as taking her blood, observing her habits, and trying to convince her to let Sophia do simple experiments on her. This initially strained their relationship with each other, as Evening started to become uncomfortable around her, and made a point to only talk to her if needed. Jaxson noticed this dynamic, and talked to Sophia about it. She completely stopped all her obsessions, and over time, their friendship started to improve. Evening started to develop a respect for Sophia's work ethic, and related to her on her general social ineptitude. Now, Evening's opinion of Sophia is higher, and is one of the only few that can understand what she's going through, and Sophia has immense respect for Evening, despite being upset every time she tries stop her from doing crazy experiments.

They had to become friends due to Sophia joining the team, and the slight strain on the relationship from Evening's side is from Sophia's initial obsessiveness over Evening at the beginning of the friendship.

History

Hayden and Evening first met when Jaxson introduced him to her after Hayden's audition attempt, wanting the strong man to be apart of the group. Evening allowed him onto the team under the condition that his special ability not be made public, as it could cause issues, and could also give them an upper hand when strategizing. Hayden was immediately intrigued by the leader of the team, as not much info was available about her to the public. He decided he would try his best to become friends with her, just like he was planning with the rest of the members. But Evening seemed to have barely any interest in getting to know the man, and his awkward attempts at friendship made her start to dislike him. Despite constantly being rejected friendship by Evening, Hayden still tries his best to be friendly to her, and even decides to poke fun at her sometimes since she already doesn't like him. He will "jokingly" flirt with her sometimes to purposefully piss her off when she's being extra mean, but will still try to win her favor by being extra nice when she's more neutral.

Their "friendship" is purely because of him being accepted into the team, but Hayden has tried to stay in Evening's good graces in order to not piss her off too much, and because he actually wants to be her friend and be close with her.

History

Evening and Khalia first met when Jaxson tried to get Khalia to join the team. Initially, Evening was against the idea of Khalia joining due to her young age and still being in high school, but after some convincing from both Jaxson and Khalia, finally let the teen into the team. Evening currently has a low opinion of Khalia since she has done nothing to prove herself worthy of being on the team, and after doing some research on her, found out about her incident from when she was younger, creating a slight distrust in the teen. She pushes her hard, and anything she does wrong instantly gets met with negativity from Evening. Despite this, Khalia still has a high opinion of Evening due to her notoriety as being one of the strongest heroes out there, and wanting to be like her.

Relationship Reasoning

They only associate with each other because of them being on the same team together, and Evening's low opinion of Khalia is because of her age and not showing enough promise, while Khalia admires Evening for her abilities and wants to be like her.
