Hayden Jones
One of the most recent additions to
The Divine Guardians, having joined the team around 10 months ago. Has what the team calls their 'trap card.' When he dies, he wakes up in the same morning of the day he died, so he can never actually die, only relive the day until he survives to another one. He calls this the 'Groundhog Day Syndrome,' and it comes in handy whenever a terrible situation arises and everyone knows they can reverse it if they are given another chance. This ability is kept private from the public, as having it be known would be a disadvantage. Instead, the only ability of his that is known is his super strength. He is able to lift cars up with only little struggle, and has been seen to display other shows of strength: holding up the pressing leg of giant robot, holding multiple people in his arms at once without difficulty, crushing metals with only his hand, and being severely damaged but still being able to operate mostly normally.
He tries to be the heartthrob of the group, due to him being considered attractive all his life, but Max holds that status, and has since the formation of the team.
He's a jokester, often helping
Jaxson cause harmless trouble. They are known as "the two dumbasses" of the group (mostly by
Evening), and they get along easily. Hayden loves having positive attention on him, but the second it gets negative, he gets heavy anxiety, sometimes shutting down and isolating himself from people for a bit, which can scare his teammates since it's the complete opposite of his personality.
He is prone to random episodes of depression and PTSD, where his personality can completely flip, or even send him into meltdowns. He is often able to suppress these episodes, so he can get to a private place as he doesn't want others to see in in that kind of state. He struggles mentally, and sometimes seeks outside help, but finds it hard to stick to it, as opening up about his troubles and his past gives him anxiety.
Hayden is a Gemini.
Physical Description
Very high fitness and high agility. Buff body type, very muscular.
Medium white skin tone, dark brown hair with shaved sides, hair is either gelled back or let loose, showing his light curls.
Very strong facial features, strong jawline, thick eyebrows.
His black jacket he usually wears.
Cannot truly die, if he dies he wakes up in the same morning of the day he died in, and he relives the entire day with complete memory of the previous day, while no one else remembers. Has great super human strength, one of the strongest in years when it comes to super human strength.
Anything casual, but often like to wear nice outfits when he has the opportunity, such as a dress shirt with jeans, or button-ups. Is often seen with his signature black jacket.
Mental characteristics
Hayden was born to some careless parents. They often didn't take care of him properly, and whenever they would do things together, it was often too dangerous for someone his age to be doing. He quickly got into fitness due to seeing his dad do so many masculine things, and became an adrenaline junkie at a young age due to naturally being very strong for a kid. He aimed for the attention of his parents by doing crazy things, but they often never paid attention, often cooped up in their own shenanigans. He became the loud troublemaker kid in school, and when the topic was brought up to his parents by his teachers, they would brush it off.
After getting kicked out of school for severely injuring another kid when he was 11, he began to realize how much his attention seeking ways was affecting him. He wanted to change, but he didn't know where to begin. He got kicked out of 3 other schools in 3 years, so by the time he was 14, his parents resorted to homeschooling him until he could graduate. It was clear to Hayden that his parents didn't care much for homeschooling him, often cutting lessons short so they could go do some inane task. He started to homeschool himself, wanting to make sure he could survive in some form out in the real world. He managed to graduate when he was 18, but he became somewhat secluded from others, even from the friends he made over the years. He had also developed a temper, and often snapped at his parents and would break things with the wild strength he gained over the years.
When he was 22, he was still living with his parents, not having to money to go to college. One day, after neglecting him again, Hayden snapped. One moment, his parents were there; the next, they were in a bloody heap on the floor. He ran far away, but his neighbors had heard the commotion so the police were on his tail almost immediately. After being cornered and realizing everything he just lost, he jumped to his death in a suicide attempt, not wanting to live a life in prison. Once he hit the bottom, he woke up, and he believed what he experienced was just a very vivid dream. Confused, he went on with his day, and realized that he was living the same day again. He made better choices, and the day turned out differently. He wondered for months about what happened, and it started to affect his mental health. Four months later, he was involved in an armed robbery at a store, where he got shot in the chest after trying to stop the robbers. He woke up in his bed of the same morning, and relived the day and managed to stop the robbers. He then realized that if he died, he would wake up the morning of the same day and live it again. He used this to his advantage to stop small crimes in the suburban part of Arkhall where he lived.
He eventually moved out of his parents house, working a full time job. He eventually got a hero license at age 25, and got some compensation for the petty crimes he stopped. Over the next year or so, he got addicted to the feeling of stopping crime, developing a savior complex. After finding out about The Divine Guardians through the newspaper and then research through blogs, he decided he wanted to join. He proved his capabilities by approaching Jaxson, memorized the conversation they had, and after getting rejected when Jaxson didn't believe him, he got himself killed so he can redo the conversation and prove a point. It took a couple of tries, but he ultimately convinced Jaxson to let him in, and he was admitted in as the fifth member.
Elementary and middle school education, with homeschooled high school education.
Had a couple of part time jobs in his early adulthood to mid adulthood, eventually getting a full time job and hero compensation when he got his hero license, then became apart of The Divine Guardians when he was 27.
He has developed PTSD due to accidentally killing his parents and then killing himself, both during that episode and all the other times he's gotten killed or had to kill himself, which has also given him depression. He also has general anxiety, and struggles mentally because of everything in his past. He is prone to having episodes, but keeps them private.
Always put yourself out there, and don't be afraid of what will come out of it. Even if no one's watching, just always try your best.
If you care for someone, don't neglect them.
Personality Characteristics
Wants to prevent anything bad happening in any situation so he doesn't have to continually die for others.
Good at handling situations that involve strength, but bad at emotional situations. Loves learning new things, but has a short attention span. Loves helping out others but is slightly impatient and has a bit of a temper.
Likes training. Likes hanging out with his teammates. Likes messing with Evening. Dislikes anyone who tries to hurt his teammates. Dislikes most sweets. Dislikes situations that involve logic.
Has incredible strength that he uses for good. Although somewhat socially inept, he is a good person to talk to about personal stuff, for he is a good listener (on most topics). Always sacrifices himself for his friends.
Is somewhat controlling, as he feels like that those who don't pay enough attention to him don't care about him, and he wants them to care. Has a bit of a temper that can cause him to blackout and do bad things without realizing it.
Often tilts his head like a dog when he is confused or curious.
Social
Is somewhat more soft spoken, but loves to joke around with others, and usually isn't in a bad mood. He does sometimes say the wrong thing, and isn't very socially aware, but he tries his best.
Very deep voice, but gets high pitched in certain situations.

History
Hayden and Evening first met when Jaxson introduced him to her after Hayden's audition attempt, wanting the strong man to be apart of the group. Evening allowed him onto the team under the condition that his special ability not be made public, as it could cause issues, and could also give them an upper hand when strategizing. Hayden was immediately intrigued by the leader of the team, as not much info was available about her to the public. He decided he would try his best to become friends with her, just like he was planning with the rest of the members. But Evening seemed to have barely any interest in getting to know the man, and his awkward attempts at friendship made her start to dislike him. Despite constantly being rejected friendship by Evening, Hayden still tries his best to be friendly to her, and even decides to poke fun at her sometimes since she already doesn't like him. He will "jokingly" flirt with her sometimes to purposefully piss her off when she's being extra mean, but will still try to win her favor by being extra nice when she's more neutral.
Relationship Reasoning
Their "friendship" is purely because of him being accepted into the team, but Hayden has tried to stay in Evening's good graces in order to not piss her off too much, and because he actually wants to be her friend and be close with her.
History
Jaxson and Hayden first met when Hayden barged onto the ground of the HQ to try and audition to be a part of the team. Hayden knew that only his strength ability wouldn't be enough, so he would memorize what Jaxson would say in the conversation, reset himself, then try again, and then recite what Jaxson is about to say next. After this going on for quite some time, Hayden is able to convince Jaxson of his inability to die, and Jaxson instantly wants him on the team. After convincing Evening to let Hayden on the team, Jaxson and Hayden instantly become friends after finding out that they like a lot of the same things, and that their personalities mix together well. They have a pretty close friendship, and are often causing small trouble together to purposefully mess with certain members just for fun.
Relationship Reasoning
Hayden approached Jaxson for a spot in the team, and after getting accepted, they found that they liked a lot of the same things, and had personalities that mixed together well.
History
Hayden and Max met a while after Hayden getting accepted into the team. They got along quickly, as Hayden was interested in Max's immortality, since he wasn't sure whether his ability meant he would be immortal forever. They found that they liked the same kinds of alcoholic drinks, and found themselves drinking together a decent amount. During those times, they would talk about their lives and their worries, and found that they could find solace in each other. Hayden realized that because of Max's long life, he had a lot of good advice, despite not being knowledgeable in modern things. This has allowed Hayden to feel comfortable going to Max to talk about personal things, and Max enjoys helping Hayden out and giving him advice, and metaphorically slapping some sense into him if needed. They have a good amount of respect for each other, even if their personalities don't match very well.
Relationship Reasoning
They are teammates and had to develop a friendship anyways, but after spending a lot of time drinking together and talking, they have formed a great relationship based on trust and shared life experiences.

History
Hayden and Sophia first met after Hayden joined the team. Sophia was immediately interested in Hayden's strange ability to not permanently die, and developed a similar interest in him that she did for Evening, as she wanted to figure out the scientific reasoning for his ability. This has caused a similar obsessiveness with Hayden that she had for Evening, but to a higher degree since no one in recorded history has had the same ability Hayden has. This has caused her to try and steal Hayden away into her lab to do crazy experiments on him, causing Hayden to be somewhat scared of Sophia. He is typically uncomfortable around her, even though Sophia has a constant interest in him. Hayden has a high respect for her regardless, due to her contribution to the team, and Sophia is grateful for his contributions to the team as well.
Relationship Reasoning
Their friendship began because of Hayden joining the team, but the strain from Hayden's side is because of Sophia unnatural interest in his special ability and want to do experiments on him, causing him to be uncomfortable around her.

History
Hayden and Khalia first met after Khalia first joined the team. At this point in time, they don't know each other very well, but Hayden has some respect for Khalia due to her being accepted into the team so easily at a young age, compared to him having to put a lot of effort into his audition. Khalia also has a lot of respect for Hayden, due to her admiring everyone on the team.
Has always been kind of broke, as he has only worked part time jobs and lived with his parents. He eventually got a full time job and got his own apartment. When he joined The Divine Guardians, he started saving up money.
