Glacian
More rare species, but also one of the most powerful Hellian. They have control over water and ice, and some of the most powerful ones, by extension, can control air, due to the water particles in the air. Due to the unpredictability of their powers, they can often have unstable moods, and are often quick to temper. They can be an incredible force for good, or one of the worst villains you have seen. Some believe that they do not naturally die the same as humans, as there is no recorded death of any glacian in history, only them somehow disappearing from the world, typically without a trace. At any given time in history, there are usually only around 40 glacians alive at a time. Around 30% don't use their powers, so they are forgotten about. 40% end up as villains, getting captured and locked up most of the time by whatever government rules over where they live, typically taking up the majority of their forces to capture them. Villain glacians are considered high risk villains, so their capture is a high priority. The other 30% of glacians become heroes, often retiring early in their careers as heroes at around 10 years of service, and then disappear right after, like all glacians do at some point in their lives.
