Vailstrym (veɪlstrɪm)

Vailstrym is an onyx shadescale dragon and is Azier's companion. She almost died confronting Vexx and his wyvern Ignistra when they attacked on the outskirts of Rayhaven. Vailstrym was impailed by a dragon quill in the side of her chest, which collapsed her lung. Luckily, she was escorted out of there in time and taken back to the Dragonguard base in Rayhaven. She stayed there until she recovered.
