Middlewood
Geography
The Middlewood has many hills and valleys and several rivers to its name. It is mostly occupied by Steelwood forests and meadows that stretch over the uneven landscape. Because the forests tend to be thinner and sunlight is abundant, monsters and aberrations are rarer on the surface.
Ecosystem
Middlewood happens to be a well-populated area of both people and large grazing animals. The forests are temperate and seasonal and tend to fade during colder months. During this time, Steelwood trees have their leaves turn a deep red, which then fall off until the next season.
