Giant Ants
Basic Information
Anatomy
Giant ants much resemble their minuscule cousins, however, are in fact much larger. A single ant may grow up to 20 inches but feature all the anatomical presets of the common ant. Their exoskeletons are red or black and extremely tough. Their mandibles are well suited to crushing and cutting the vegetation of the First Growth Forest but may still cause damage to other creatures. Their main mode of defense are stingers at the end of their abdomens which often dispense painful and powerful paralytics. Thankfully, most of these creatures are quite docile and their herbivorous lifestyle prevents negative interactions with people.
