Issel is Jalóheim's "middle" district as The Rift extends largely from its end in the west side of Beóldt to the limit of where Sóholdt meets the eastern ridge line, and then the down slope into The Shift.
It is home to the village's largest surviving Ration Well, and its very odd site near the northern perimeter, the Proving Tree, a site used by the adherents of Jalós Zealotry as a form of judicial discernment, seeing as an actual justice system would require a great deal of work, and the Galó are having none of that nonsense anymore.
