The time frame of the dragon's expansion across Aareth and their tyrannical rule.
This is a timeline of major events on the sub-continent of Faecrosti, from the age of Mourning to the end of the 3rd age.
The first age is well recorded, but no civilizations or races maintain the same power that they did in this age. This age is dominated primarily by the Draconic Inquisition, The Giant Crusades, and the Warforge pact.
The war between the dragon gods occurs, forcing all dragons to choose sides and fracturing both the Draconic Inquisition and the Gods themselves.
The crusades of the giants in the name of Annam in order to form a mighty empire. The crusades eventually evolved into a quest to destroy the Draconic Inquisition.
The point where the Giants made a deal with the Venari to turn the Venari into the warforged.
The Second Age is very important for modern history. In the confines of the Second Age exist the Dwarvish War of Succession, the Warforge Rebellion, the Dragonborn Rebellion, the 1st Incursion, and the Eastern invasion.
Cjekogos was the true prophet of the gods (according to the Confederate church) and brought under his divine wings 9 different cultures or tribes. He went from land to land, spreading his good name and his divine mission, until he was killed by the Moon elves of Min'as Lith'an.
The Third Age is the current age. Categorized by events such as the 2nd incursion, the founding of the Confederacy and its expansion, the Khafingan Advance, and the Umbral incursion.
The Confederate Church (or as it was known then: the Church of Cjekogos) has been around far longer than the Confederacy itself. It was founded a long time after the death of Cjekogos, the prophet, but follows in his teachings. Its first leader was actually the great-nephew of Cjekogos.
The Confederacy was founded by 4 cities: Kalabasht, Arishok, Belenal, and Wyrmspire. These 4 city-states signed a treaty to end the countless wars with each other and band together into a significant force. Over time these cities would become the Imperial Council, and 5 other city-states would join them.
