The Great Ennead

Before the rise of the Kara, the kingdom now known as Theocratic Empire of Manawa was controlled by 9 Netjery (word used in Manawa to call Tapus), gods of the desert which formed the Great Ennead.

The Netjery divided lands, responsibility and honours between them but some was left aside. Between the excluded there was one, the lord of the underworld, īnkubis, who was left behind and ignored by his siblings.   Filled with rage and hate for the others, īnkubis, former servant of Ōssis started poisoning the minds of the 2 Twins, Hāuhros and Rāath along with their followers. The two started arguing, and the argument became a fight and soon that fight escalated into a war.

The Netjery took side, the Great Ennead fell, and with the war the land of Manawa was disrupted and ruined forever.

Āmuin, unable to watch his children fight, disappeared, retreating from the mortal world and leaving an empty throne.

Rāath became obsessed with order, took his father throne and ruled as a tyrant.

Hāuhros, outraged, rebelled and waged war toward his brother to claim his rightgul kingship .

Ōssis was killed by īnkubis. He was then reborn but never returned to lead his people.

Āises tried to heal the schism, but, unable to undo what īnkubis brought upon them, lost her mind and was imprisoned by the others.

Sekh, raging with fury, burned down half of the land and fought the two brothers. Then, he retired to an eternal burial.

Sokb, stopped the fire by flooding the kingdom, drowning armies and civilians alike. Then, he left taking the water away with him.

Ktōtuth disgusted by mortals, withdrew his knowledge from the world bringing "The Silence of the Netjery" and locking away the ancient tomes.

Mātet, disappointed by her peers, declared the Netjery unworthy and stripped them of their powers on the mortal realm, ending the Great Ennead.
