Raki
While most of the drow survivors fled or were enslaved, a small community is still alive and “free” inside the walls of Raki. Here the drow community lives and govern themselves but are forbidden by the dwarves to leave the borders of the city.
A large and tall wall was built all around the city, and heavily guarded gates are the only way in and out of Raki. For a drow to leave the town to get provisions or medical healthcare, a special permission is needed which most of the time is denied or arrives too late.
