Pokapu

Although smaller than the Torukau commune, which in fact includes 3 cities, the city of Pokapu is the second biggest city of Kūpapa after the capital city of Rongo. The commune includes many districts, all of which are controlled by a different guild.

This made the city one of the most multicultural cities of Whenua, second only to Karaihe, the capital of magic in the Manawa kingdom. Unlike Rori, where the multicultural vibe is given by travellers and the many people passing by, here in Pokapu the citizens are from all over the continent.

The slums of the city are unfortunately filled by the scum of the society, with rival guilds and gangs fighting for the control of the territory. The city also hosts one of the 4 main cathedrals of the Church of the Four, the one dedicated to the third mother, Gaeia: The World.
