Order of Castille
The Order of Castille was established to defend the fortress of Rangi the capital of Rawhi.
Composition
Structure
The order is led by a Grand Master, El Cid. It was initially affiliated with a monastic order of the Belief of the Ancient, combining monastic life with military duties. Knights of the order take the Vow of Obedience toward the King or Queen.
History
When the Reconquista started the castle was the only standing defence of the king, El Cid guided his knights directly to the capital while the others were fighting the enemies in the rest of the kingdom. They are known for their disciplined military tactics and their role in several key battles.
