Bloom
"[...]Ahoeitu was the god of the forest, trees and plants' protector. Despite their shy nature, they were one of the few tapus that, on their own will, decided to follow a summoner on her journey, at her service.
Based on what has been passed on by Ingoakore fables, the god fell in love with a girl. The girl is traced back - with some degree of confidence - to Faery, the Kaumatua sister, one of the Ancients, the summoner siblings (take a look at the specific chapter for more info).
Ahoeitu used to hide in bushes to observe her while she was taking care of the Waipoua forest. There was once a flower - whose name has been lost in time - which she used to take care of with particular attention, but this flower never bloomed.
According to legends, the guardian of nature used their powers to make the flower bloom, protecting it with an enchantment so that its beauty would remain untouched forever. They then gift it to Faery, alongside a ring forged with the plant's roots, as a token of love. The two travelled for a long time together [...]"
