Head of the Drath’Kûl Zarnak cult, Bharren is the last of the Longguard, a family that sworn an oath to the Ancients to act as keepers of Maw's Depth. His influence among the people of Kauae grants him total control over the city and the laws of the kingdom do not fully apply in this place.
