Isle of Endless Chill
A perpetually snowy island surrounded by ice floes. A lighthouse, staffed year-round, guards a magical focus that helps regulate the enchantment of the Shifting Isles. The Shrine of the Widowmaker can be seen from the isle, and it is frequented by austere visitors rumoured to belong to the Cult of the Forbidden Blade, a group of assassins committed to killing anyone they believe is likely to draw the Widowmaker.
