Port City of Tor Koruali
The largest and most politically important city in Cothique is Tor Koruali, which stands on a narrow peninsula of land close to the border with Yvresse. Whilst High Elves do not really regard any particular prince or city as the kingdom’s ultimate decision maker, as some Human societies do, Tor Koruali may be thought of as the region’s capital for all intents and purposes and is covered in detail in chapter 2.
