About
Lord Harwin Strong is one of the characters of the story, appearing in both "TBaTG" and then "TDIOBCB", with some important changes from one Fic to another. Although he is not one of the protagonists, Harwin Strong plays a central role in the dynamics of the story, especially in the first part, Triumphs and Defeats, being one of the few characters to have an entire chapter told with his POV. He's the first-born son of the late Lord Lyonel Strong and the young half-brother of Alys Rivers, the High Priestess of the Isle of Faces; he has three other younger half-siblings, Larys, Carleen and Alla, all born from different mothers. He, like his father, has been married three different times and has fathered four different children. At the beginning of "Annals of the Rivers" is revealed that before his departure for King's Landing a certain rumour started to circulate within the walls of Harrenhal, wich was that he and his brother were in love with their older half-sister. The rumour, however, will turn out to be true when during "The Bear and the Maiden Fair" Hawin reveals that he and his sister had an affair since they were teenagers.Family
