Ivan Grimm

He was born into the prestigious Grimm Family who are renowned throughout the Moonkin for their high quality wine. Grimm Wine especially being preferred during the Howl parties hosted throughout Moonkin culture. He was always destined to continue the family business but also seeks the call to adventure that so many young men his age are drawn to. This call was forcefully acknowledged during The Upheaval and Ivan's home town was wrecked by a Beastkeeper. Which destroyed Fluffville and wrecked the Grimm's ancestral farm. With their livelihood in ruins and a portion of his family lost. So he set out to seek somewhere to go where he could find answers perhaps a place for him to find a new hope for the Grimm family.

He leaves his family believing that he has the guts to go out and seek a new location for his family to start anew. He believe that when he finds the right spot to start a new vineyard he will officially take the helm as the new head of the family but as his adventure begins he begins to wonder if the farming life is truly for him slowly but surely as he adventures it turns into a journey of self discovery.

On the road he runs into Hazel Globetrot and at first the two's personalities collide and they but heads constantly but eventually a spark ignites between the two causing them to fall in love...

• He wishes to be more courageous but tends to show more cowardice. Taking time to fully analyze a situation before committing to what move he should make. If he believe his odds are good enough he will stick through to see the result of his actions but when he loses enough faith he will flee.
• He carries himself in humility tending to prioritize the needs of other people. Though on his journey he slowly develops an understanding of himself, creating a growing rift between what his family wishes from him and what he seeks.
• Ivan is less so intelligent in the ways of how the world works and has a greater understanding of how people work, making him more connected to people's emotions rather than the logical choice. While it is true that he knows a lot about agriculture and what it takes to make good wine he does not know much about navigation or even basic survival skills.
• He is very generous tending to give from the little he has, sharing meals with strangers who are kind to him. Even when people backstab or hurt him he is quick to forgive though it begins to wear thin if his trust has been broken time and time again.
• Despite living in the Nines Republic where the Moonkin are oppressed heavily, he still respects their authority believing that their is a purpose bestowed upon the Mained Cats. As he sees how things work differently in some of the other nations however, this view begins to weaken still believing in authority but understanding the importance of a good authority.

He is slow to make decisions as he wishes to finalize the path before he walks it. He plans ahead almost with reckless abandon. He seeks to help others as much as he can and often makes seemingly poor choices in his help of others, giving too much or letting others exploit him. He recognizes this flaw but struggles to figure out how to get the right balance of generosity and self preservation. He prioritizes his own family's wants more than anything leading to him beginning to question who he truly is and what it would mean if he wanted to start a family of his own or rather delineate himself from the Grimms.
