The Upheaval
The Upheaval is the event that marks the end of the Era of Calm and the beginning of the Era of Strife.
The Upheaval began with the activation of the Engines of Creation and the destruction that came with them. This began when a team of Corvielo explorers delved into an Engine causing the machine to awake. Soon after the first awoke several others on Lesser Montestralis. Over the next few years Engines all over the world awoke leading them to label settlements and engines from different regions as threats.
