For a quick reminder, Yggdrasil is a large torrent-based web alternative. Check out Interlace for a quick refresh on what Solaris internet is like. It feels right to me that a large artisan archive is part of the core of Yggdrasil. An archive like this would branch out into all kinds of topics, from how to repair your own stuff to forums for trading on the grey market.
