Bleikrdýr Skógr

Bleikrdýr Skógr, or Pale Deer Forest, is a vast forest located in the northeastern corner of Skogheim. The forest is bordered by the ocean to the east and west, and by the Ulfrfjall and Hlíffjall Mountains to the north and south, respectively. To the south, the forest is separated from the Vildrulfrskógr by the Bölwatn River, as the continent curves.   The forest is known for its dense stands of spruce, pine, and birch trees, which create a thick canopy that blocks out much of the sunlight. The forest floor is covered in a thick layer of moss and ferns, and there are many small streams and ponds scattered throughout.   The fauna of Bleikrdýr Skógr is diverse, with a wide variety of mammals, birds, and insects. The forest is home to a variety of deer, including the elusive pale deer, which is the namesake of the forest. Other mammals that can be found in the forest include bears, wolves, and moose. The forest is also a popular nesting ground for birds, including eagles, hawks, and owls.   In the center of Bleikrdýr Skógr is Grœnnvatn, a beautiful lake known for its clear, emerald-green waters. On the shores of the lake is the large town of Álfrbústaðr.
