Due to genetic treatments in the 1210's, Ruthic's body does not age with time, and he appears permanently middle-aged. Despite outward appearances, the Prime Director is locked in his physical prime, and is uncontestedly superior to unmodified humans.

Though born with brown hair and eyes, Ruthic now possesses the sharp gold eyes and hair befitting his station as Prime Director. Recieving genetic treatments late into his natural lifespan has led to an unchanging yet perpetually aged visage.

Born in 1150 on Novus, Arden Ruthic was among the first generation to benefit from genetic longevity treatment. At the age of 62, he recieved vitality rewrites to his genetic code, part of which allowed for unlimited cell division.
