Home to complex, carbon and DNA based multicellular life. However, scientific advancements have revealed not all complex life on the planet shares a common origin. While both groups are very similar, they differ in base DNA structure.
History
Before humanity (3BYA - 0NE)
A not so old world, Novus took shape around its parent star nearly three billion years ago. Life first arose two billion years ago, and complex fauna covered the surface only thirty million years ago.
New Era of Humanity (0NE - present 1360)
With the arrival of Lost Bastion, humanity and some of its familial species colonized Novus.
