Motosui
Motosui is largest and most inhabited of the Khilaian Isles. While the sacred island of Okailu is carefully regulated by the government of The Khilaia and requires government permission to be there, Motosui is open to all pelted Selkies.
This island contains the grand city of Halamahi, the ancient capital of Kilamehal, the great government institutions of the Motosui Assembly, and the sacred citadel of Pawapua.
