Satyr

Satyr are a species of goat-like humanoids native to the Feywild, where they are predominantly found. Satyr are found all over the Feywild, usually in highly populated areas, from the Fey Courts, to isolated communes. They often live alongside Centaur and other worshipers of Dionysis, who is their Divine Patron.   Satyr of the Feywild are famous for their hedonism, as well as their love of song, dance and theatre. Satyr revel in the extreme emotion of the Feywild, with many being laid back, pursuing ecstasy and pleasure above all else. They are usually found either drinking and getting high at parties and celebrations, or recovering from a night of ecstasy.   Satyr are not a common sight outside of the Feywild, but they can be found as members of druidic communities, as travelling entertainers or just your average citizens.

Appearance:

Satyr resemble humanoids, but with the legs and hooves of a goat. Satyr have the usual fey features, such as pointed ears and angular faces, they also usually have curly hair, and two curved horns that protrude out of the top of their head. Satyr also also have a lot of body hair, from their hairy legs and short tail, to their thick arm and chest hair, with male Satyr able to grow beards.   Complexion: Satyr skin tones are similar to Humans, ranging from a light pale complexion to a dark brown one.   Hair: Satyr hair ranges from black, brown and blonde to ginger, commonly turning gray or white with age.   Fur: Satyr fur can range from tones of brown, grey or black.   Eyes: Satyr tend to have brown or green coloured eyes.

Maturity:

Satyr mature around the same rate as Humans, reaching adulthood around the age of 18.

Satyr reproduce similarly to Humans. The gestation period for a Satyr is around 6 months with the offspring’s development unaffected by the consumption of alcohol or other narcotics.
