Resurrection and Wrap Up

I'm back baby! Aaaaand I owe sarge big time. We took down the asshole mech dog who turned me into BBQ. Scored a sweet gun for his ride (motorcycle) and MAT, from a walking blast cannon. We rescued some survivors, found some engines digging under the base and destroyed them, then tidied up and GTFOed. The smokey bastard who kidnapped me and caused all this destruction is attached to some obscure cult the Deremitru. Apparently, they think they can wake the scorpion. Legend says it was once a titan like monster. It seems like these people are truly hell bent on ending the world ASAP with as much help as they can get. I guess the Gazelle might not be strong or fast enough. Is this a back up plan or do they just want to cause destruction on as many fronts as possible? My guess is the latter.
 
Its getting hard to see sides anymore. Maybe that's a good thing? Sarge and his men are as I expected, just men who want to get home safely. I bet their side has fed them a lot of bullshit and I wonder how much I've ingested? At least for now, it seems we're all in this shit together. I just hope they see things the same way?
 
I'll tell you one thing, I didn't expect to guard bodies in the snow next to the Cindy, not that it wasn't the right think, just grimmer than I expected things to get, at least so soon. It pisses me off seeing anyone mindlessly turned into cannon fodder by some dumbass cult. I am all in for kicking the shit out of these people.
 
I spent the evening welding guns onto Sarge's ride. Can't believe I owe a BRN soldier. That said, for a hard ass he's a solid guy. He's got my fire power behind him for now.
 
As I shuffle off to bed, I'm left wondering how many other cites they might try to tap to cause mayhem? For that matter did we really thwart the Deremitru for good the Scorpion? I guess the BRN will have to cover our asses on that front.
