High Elves
High Elves also called "Gold Elves" are one of the groups of elves that descend from the light elves. These elves are known for their attunement to arcane magic and their attachment to the art making their civilizations based on their magic. High Elves are the strongest type of elf as they build large civilizations hidden from other races like orcs and humans being hidden in hills and forests. Gold Elves have a reputation of being prideful and elitist often seeing themselves as superior to other races.

High Elves are full of arcane magic in their blood and cells maintaining their youth, extending their lifespan, & giving them their innate spellcasting. Their bodies are slender & athletic, they are known to be naturally beautiful people.

High Elves have the innate ability to cast cantrips naturally being able to make bolts of fire, electric touches, telepathy, ECT. The magic in their cells keeps them youthful and beautiful. Together their magic can intensify to the point where high magic is possible.

High Elves build their cities in hills and forests hidden from other civilizations like humans and orcs. Their settlements often grow from villages populated by hundreds of high elves to cities populated by thousands of elves.

High Elves are omnivores but could remain healthy as vegetarians if they so choose. They require a lot less sustenance than humans needing only a few pounds of food.

High Elves live in cities populated by thousands of them, carved in grasslands and hills, their society is a magocracy meaning the one who is the best at arcane magic leads the elven society. Their settlements are led by either a Lord or a Lady acting as a king or queen of the elven family that controls the society. These families can remain in power for thousands of years due to the power that runs in their genes. High Elves of exceptional skill in combat and magic become warriors for the city while those unwilling become weavers, smiths, farmers, & hunters. Despite the need for other roles in their society, mages were seen in the highest regard than other positions in high elven culture. Mages often get higher roles in their society becoming confidants of the Lord & Lady of their society.
Uses, Products & Exploitation
The severed ears of High Elves are delicacies & trophies of Orcs during their time of conflict. The severed heads of High Elves are the highest type of trophies for Orcs. When dealing with humans their females where used to make higher grade humans through breeding Half-Elfs. High Elven brains and bodies are prime for Eldritch to make more of themselves and gain extra knowledge.

High Elves see the use of vibrant and gorgeous magic & elven crafted weapons as gorgeous in nature. To high elves retaining their full elven blood is one of the most beautiful things ever leading to high elves usually breeding with each other. High elves are attractive when they delve into arcane magic beyond what's innate, becoming bards and wizards.

High elves able to either match or overwhelm each other in skill are seen as compatible.

High elves use arcane magic for 90% of their technology using conjuration and evocation to conjure and carve out settlements. They use their own talent to farm, weave clothing, forge weapons ect. These elves like other elves have many arcane runes that they use to make their weapons and infrastructure better.
Common Etiquette Rules
High elves speak elvish only when talking to one another for one of their to assault their ear drums with another language is abhorrent. High elves use weapons of Elven make to show respect for their perfect brethren and the rejection of other lesser equipment. Superiors are addressed by their title before their name always as their position matters to them.
Common Dress Code
Gold elven clothing was often simple but functional, they didn't lack beauty and grace and were often made of magical leaves. Their clothing had complex & beautiful primeval patterns.

For a high elf to breed with a human is seen as ruining their perfect genes through genetic dilution. To waste the time to even speak to other races especially orcs & humans is seen as trivial especially during the times of war. To use dark types of magic like necromancy & illusion is frowned upon for how unsightly the practice is as these magics stand against nature.

A race that despite their weakness have proven to be able to deal with high elves. These two races have fought during the dark ages of zodia due to their usage of magic and the envy of humans.
