Reliquary
This location is owned by Seraphim. Please make sure to involve her player in any plots or changes involving this location.
Purpose / Function
The bar itself is open all day though most popular in the night or evenings. When Seraphim is not tending the bar or shop herself, she has a rotating cadre of trusted bar tenders who know everyone’s favorite drink - and how to stay out of discreet conversations. This is not a place that cares what you wear or who you are as long as you don’t start fights and stir trouble.
Reliquary is also a place you go for help. Seraphim almost never turns anyone in need away. Sandwiches appear from the kitchen for the hungry. Items are repaired for the desperate. Those needing more desperate help know to ask the proprietor for aid of various sorts. A reliquary is, after all, where sacred things are kept and to Seraphim, the most sacred things are the people around her.
The back room is a mechanic shop where anyone with a bike or small vehicle knows that repairs can get made. Josephine serves as the main mechanic with Seraphim preferring to only do body work and paint jobs. The shop also sometimes works on smaller technology but Seraphim often refers those jobs out to her friend, Paul.
Seraphim lives in a small apartment on the third and top floor of the building. Josephine lives in the second floor apartment.

Architecture
History
While the bar at Reliquary has been there longer than Seraphim, the garage is a new addition - and a definite improvement if you ask the local residents. Once falling apart and abandoned, Seraphim rescued the property and rebuilt it from the ground up with her own hands. It’s become a favored stop on the way home for many Dionysian and Paradise City residents.
Tourism
Other than locals, Reliquary is popular with the Gatewardens. It’s a place they can go to relax away from their work where most folk don’t ask them questions about Horrors, their latest job, or much of anything else. The shop in back can fix some of their gear while they have a good beer.
