Bells Battlecade
This location is owned by Bastian and Nolan Bell. Please make sure to involve her player in any plots or changes involving this location.
Purpose / Function
The arcade started as a simple pizzeria with a lot of extra space. As the business grew, they would add more and more arcade booths. Now, they have around 12-18 game consoles depending on what is being fixed. One day, the Bell kids wish for a sea of arcade games as the pizzeria bustles with people.
Alterations
Originally a pizzeria filled with booths, as time went on they removed booths and installed more arcade games. Now more arcade than pizzerria, there are around 6 tables with booths left.
Architecture
The arcade is covered in neon from floor to ceiling! No matter what color you're wearing, your shirt is glowing.
Defenses
When the Bell kids took control of the pizzeria, Nolan took to upgrading their security systems. Their friendly animatronic mascots now double as security.
History
Bells Battlecade has been around for a long while, starting as a pizzeria and slowly adding on arcade games as more were either uncovered or replicated. The Bells ran it for a long time, but as their two children (biological Nolan, adopted Bastian) got older and took an interest, they slowly gave them more and more control until they were running it themselves.
The arcade’s original draw was their animatronic mascots. Originally a quirky crew performing for children, over time their designs have evolved, thanks in part to Nolan's love of robotics and their childhood ideas.
Tourism
Visitors either come for the pizza and stay for the arcade games or they come for the arcade games and stay for the pizza. The arcade has become a “must-do” for all Paradise City tourists, even as a nostalgic hotspot to carry on traditions. If you've got a game in mind, we've got it! The Battlecade has attractions for people of all ages, and drinks to match!
