Commander, Lucius Feles

He is very strong and has toned musculature, however because of life of luxury he also has a rather rounded belly.

Has a round sun like birthmark on his stomach, a trait shared by the Feles Royal family. His fur is a dark golden color, which gets lighter at his limbs and head. His mane is grand and well groomed. His main is one of the most striking things about his appearance and is often identified simply by spotting his mane.

He has a strong jawline and an heir of command about him at all times. He is confident in himself and that is shown by how he holds himself in conversation or simply by being present.

Lucius was raised as a royal and has lived a life full of luxury but to earn his position as Commander of State he had to work hard, as he was the second born to the previous commander. But because his brother squandered his time spent at the Royal Academy and avoided doing as much work as possible Lucius took the throne before him. The final straw for his brother is when he tried to thwart his brother's province by cutting off a valuable trade route. What he did not consider is that Lucius found a more efficient trade route that greatly boosted his provinces economy solidifying his purpose as the next Commander of State.

When his father retired due to declining health, Lucius was quickly elected. One of his first tasks as Commander of State was preventing a coup staged by his brother against him. Again because of his poor planning Lucius quickly defeated him and had his brother exiled.

Lucius' greatest trial is The Upheaval where the Engines of Creation where set loose upon the world and he began setting up relief stores and systems as well as advanced warning systems. However because of there implementation and lack of funding they prioritize Maned Cats rather than the Moonkin. He has also led industrialization efforts to boost his nation's economy in such a trying time.

Lucius is very courageous and has a great confidence in each decision he makes and holds this same courage in how he holds his posture.

Pride does not even begin to describe him, at times it seems that all of the Maned Cats pride is in his paws. He sees himself as deserving of his role as Commander, and believes in himself as the leader his nation needs.

He prioritizes wisdom over knowledge, finding that understanding the why and how is far more important to that what, and often uses this belief in decision making, though there are exceptions.

It would appear that he is both generous and stingy, as he hosts large parties at the royal palace but at the same time refuses to give aid to smaller villages or the Moonkin.

Authority is divinely granted to him and he uses that authority effectively, though this authority goes to his head at times and often bypasses other opinions to push his own.

In a phrase, "I was chosen for this role and I will exceed expectation"

He sees his nation as his personal project that he always seeks to improve and grow on in every way possible. This does lead to severe tunnel vision but when he is not hyper fixated on one specific problem and listens to his advisors and staff he makes for a far more effective ruler.

This pride is the primary reason for his dislike of the Moonkin believing them to be his lessers and thus can be ignored, this philosophy extends to an extent to the other races but because of the importance of trade and diplomacy these thoughts are often kept private.
