Six Sisters ([sɪks sɪstɚz])
The Six Sisters are six Inner Rim worlds dominated by the Echani species, ruled by the female council of the Echani Command.
Geography
The Six Sisters are found on grid N-8 of the Standard Galactic Grid.
The planets feature a variety of climates and unique geographies. For example, Thyrsus, the closest planet to the system's sun, has evolved into a desert planet, while Anam, the third planet from the sun, has a temperate clime. Eshan, the system's political and cultural seat, is the farthest from the sun and, therefore, features icy wastelands and alpine biomes.
Localized Phenomena
The Echani's use of chromium to limit, hide, and inhibit communication occasionally leads explorers in the surrounding space to misinterpret the interference or anomalies as natural space phenomena.
Sensors sometimes register the chromium distortion as localised magnetic fields, ion storms, dense nebulae, asteroid fields, subspace interference, solar flares, gravitational distortions, hyperspace corridor instability or satellite and space debris.
