Chapter Two - Sessions 8 and 9
General Summary
GM Note: This session report encompasses two sessions, due to the initial session leaving off mid battle. This helps to prevent any major confusion regarding events.
An opportunity to connect with new allies and a search for a missing God. With time on their side, the party does their best to connect with their newfound friends and prepare themselves for what is to come.
Business-minded Adora finds herself at home in the administrative building, Fio and Marian connect over clothes, Ryshard makes friends while running errangs, Dwell impresses the masses with endless fun, and Byeol takes some time to work on the car.
Things come to a head when Tabor's presence in the Scrap Heap lures in some hungry Rust Roaches, but it's nothing the party can't handle. With that trial out of the way, Byeol teaches Fio how to reach out to Mineralis and lead the party to their true destination.

Scrapyard Favor
The party's continued willingness to step in and help out the residents of the scrapyard has earned them major favor with the Yard's Draconic Patron. They are more than welcome to stay and are well taken care of.
A Large Glass Container of Rust Roach Oxidization Fluid
Drained from the glands of the dead roaches, this oily pink fluid is what allows the creatures to rapidly oxidize ferrous materials for their consumption. Good for crafters who know how to make good use of it and perhaps for others who could find a use for such a thing.
Rust Roach Corpses
Rich in iron and surprisingly low in toxins due to their metabolic processes, Rust Roach meat can make for a heart meal if prepared correctly. The chitin is too brittle for use on its own, but can be a decent alchemy reagent. If nothing else, what's left behind can be used to attract more tantalizing prey seeking to scavenge the remains.
Navigator's Map - Outlands NE
Obtained by Ryshard in exchange for some favors, this map details the North Eastern portion of the Outlands including common travel routes for the various factions, and a few notable hazards.
Pigwiggle
Obtained by Ryshard, this Spark Hopper Mouse has determined that a life as a pet might not be so bad.

Radiant Quest - Scrapyard Favors
As the party does favors for the Scrapyard, or for Scrapyard residents, they gain favor allowing them a place to stay, food to eat, and protection from whatever lies beyond the Scrapyard's walls.
Just My Luck - Part 1
Fio has discovered that Tabor got himself cursed by a powerful entity, resulting in such terrible luck that it impacts his every day. While he has resigned to be stuck with it forever, Fio's interest in the mystery has caused her to volunteer to keep eyes and ears out for a solution.
The Runaway - Part 1
The party learns that Marian is the daughter of V.E.N.U.S. Tactical's CEO, Helen Swann, and has run away for moral and personal reasons. With her biggest fear being that she'll be tracked down and dragged home, Byeol offers to look into her Hypertech to make sure that's as difficult as possible.
Quest Started - Saving the Stars: Mineralis
Mineralis is encased in an amber colored crystal beneath the Scrap Heap. Their dungeon resembles a storage unit warehouse cluttered with all manner of object. The party is tasked with helping them find a way out.

Tabor Hazard
It's been revealed that Tabor's interesting clothing choices are designed to help him hide the signs of his curse, to prevent people from casting snap judgement. Interestingly, his luck seems to impact those around him, making combat more evenly matched if not a little strange to witness.
Fei Lin Mnemon
A delicate and pretty young woman with gently curled raven hair and jade-like antler horns. Fei Lin is an emerald dragon and patron of the Scrapyard; its residents acting as her hoard. Her appearance would note her as similar in age, if not a tad younger than Tybalt. She's bureaucratically minded with a love of collecting data on her 'subjects' and seems quite enthusiastic for acquiring more 'friends' into her hoard.
Naila and Masozi
A Satyr and Giraffe Centaur pair (respectively) often seen hanging out in the Flea Market peddling alchemical concoctions and maps. Naila speaks with a heavy sideways lisp and doesn't seem entirely sure how to dumb down her scientific jargon. Masozi is more soft spoken, but seems to enjoy her company.
Mineralis - Mortal Form
Posing as an exceptionally average dwarf, Mineralis appears with olive skin and a chestnut beard and hair, carefully braided and decorated with a mismatched collection of beads, ribbons, and other trinkets. They wear fine clothes hand-embroidered with intricate patterns.
Mineralis seems happy to have guests, the isolation starting to wear on them even as they are surrounded by many lifetimes of memories.

Bastion Progress
4/7 days have passed at the Bastion. Sprout is tending the garden. Astra is keeping herself busy.
Notable Moments
- Fio's genuine understanding of Mineralis' Philosophy is truly endearing both in and out of character. Mineralis holds a significant level of love and respect for Fio because she manages to express both the 'superficial' aspects of Value as well as the 'core' aspects. I, as the GM, also find this to be incredibly endearing to Fio's character and just wanted it noted here.
- Ryshard deciding to obtain a pet to make use of the bottled name made me actually go "awwwwwwww" because it's just so sweet. The follow-up conversation regarding Pika (the creature the misnamed Spark Hopper Mouse is named for) was also very cool and enlightening!
- Some Dubious Weasels have been created.
