Marian Swann

Marian is easily distinguished by her short stature, her missing arm, and her signature purple hair. She's difficult to miss or to mistake for anyone else.

Hardlight Prosthesis (Disabled)

When disabled, this prothesis appears as nothing more than a golden disc installed at the stump of Marian's missing arm (just above where the elbow would be). On enabling, an aperture opens in the disc, allowing the internal mechanism to project a fully functional hard-light arm.

While pretty to look at, the mechanisms are fragile and need to be recharged for up to four hours every day.

Neo City

The eldest of three children in the Swann family, Marian became well known for her tactical brilliance and charming nature. Formerly owner of Tiger-Fox Fashions until the company suffered a series of devastating setbacks, forcing them to sell to Arachne; Marian was forced to work for her mother's company to make up for the losses.

The Scrapyard

After paying a group of Runners to help fake her own kidnapping, Marian managed to run away to the Scrapyard with the help of Tabor Hazard, and Sandy & Sandy. She's sticking around for the time being to keep off of her family's radar.

There is hardly a course in Neo City's vast education system that Marian hasn't taken, though she only holds degrees in Business, Fashion Design, and Law.

Arachne Fashions Internship

Between semesters at University, Marian happily interned at Arachne Fashions in an effort to gain a hands on learning experience with her personal passion.

TigerFox Fashions

With degrees in business and fashion under her belt, Marian attempted to start her own fashion line in Neo City. It had a promising start, but suffered from an array of setbacks before filing for bankruptcy and selling to Arachne.

V.E.N.U.S. Tactical

Marian picked up work at her mother's company after the fall of her own in an effort to make up for the capital investments her mother lost. It was during this time she suffered from the accident that would cost her her arm. This job lasted until her decision to run away.

While difficult to define outright, Marian's moral philosophy is definitely centered on a clear idea of right and wrong with a strong belief in taking care of those in less fortunate positions. She exudes a strong sense of kindness and compassion, to the point of being considered something of a bleeding heart.

It becomes apparent rather quickly that Marian can be quite competetive. She can be easily manipulated into a situation by turning it into a challenge.
