Middle Ring Residential District

The incredibly well made residential district in the middle ring of New Avalon. It houses the smallest amount of residents out of all the residential districts, but has the highest quality of housing.

Demographics

Mainly Humans, and a few Dwarves. There are many servants of all races, but for some reason Elven are favoured as handmaids.
most of the people who settle here have a lot of say in the bigger companies of the city, and make a lot of money from them.

Defences

Many guards, some city assigned garrison but also hired bodyguards for the houses.

Industry & Trade

Only residential buildings, no trade.

Infrastructure

Entirely residential buildings, most of which are large, wide and multi-storeyed mansions.

Guilds and Factions

The Upper Echelons of both the Hearthfire Guild and the Ironanvil Organisation live here, across the street from each other, inviting the other for tea parties to hide the fact that they both want to kill the other.
This is one of the places the Goblin Gangs don't dare touch, although the Hobgoblin crime families are fond of extortion, and high class buisnessmen usually have a few secrets hidden away.
(DM's notes don't look) Unbeknownst to the public, the House of the Savvy founder lives here when he can, but pretends to live in the Central Ring Residential District.

Tourism

People sometimes come just to admire the stellar architecture that went into the mansions.

Architecture

High class 3 storey two box wide houses mostly, but a few mansions (artitst's notes see like... a low class Buckingham Palace for reference)
