House of Council
Where the current ruling Council of the city of New Avalon comes to do their jobs and make political decisions.
Purpose / Function
To be a meeting place for the ruling council of the city and for bills to be witnessed by the people of the city.
Alterations
It has been shrunk and sold off over the years, once been grand and massive like a castle, but it was unnecessary and led to their being a shortage of space, so The Council of the Third Shields gave up and sold a lot of the stone to be sold off. Now it looks like a standard house with an unnecessarily fancy roof.
Architecture
(artist's notes) Standard residential house but with circular windows and a decorative roof, like a fancy creature on top, a sphinx would be appropriate.
Tourism
During important political decisions, people sometimes come to watch and boo, or cheer, depending on the specific decision being made.
